ORDERS
Where is my order?
Due to unprecedented demand, we're experiencing shortages for some items and unfortunately some items are subject to slightly longer delivery times than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working hard to replenish stock as quickly and safely as possible. Please be assured we are processing orders as normal, however in order to ensure the safety of everyone at Affordable Golf, we are currently operating with a reduced workforce, as are many of our manufacturing partners.
At at this time, orders are subject to short notice delays and can take longer than normal to arrive at their destination. If your order has yet to arrive, can we ask you log in to your Affordable Golf account and check its status using the instructions above.

What is the current status of my order?
The simplest way to check your order status is to log into your Affordable Golf account. All previous orders are shown in the Orders section of your account.
If you placed your order and checked out as a Guest, you can find all information relating to your order within the order confirmation sent to your email address at time of purchase.
As advised at time of purchase, all Custom Orders are built to customer specificiations by the manufacturer and are subject to a delivery time of 14-20 days. This is due to manufacturing processes and is outwith our contol.
I have not received my order confirmation email
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email or are unsure if your order has been processed, please check your spam and junk folders. You can also log into your Affordable Golf account where you will find all details about all current and previous orders.
My item is on “pre-order”, what does this mean?
At this time, manufacturers have advised us of significant delays to some items; these are marked as a pre-order item and will be available for shipping on the date specified on the product page. If you have placed an order which includes an item on pre-order, we will part-ship your order with the pre-order item(s) to follow at the specified date.
Can I/How do I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order for a full cash refund within 14 working days of receipt of your order. Returns made after this time will receive a gift voucher to the equivalent value of the goods returned. All goods must be returned to us in an unused condition in their original packaging. If your order has yet to ship and you wish to cancel, please contact our Customer Service Team by raising a support ticket using the "Support" function at the foot of the page.
DELIVERY
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has been placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with full details of your order, including all items and an estimated dispatch time. Your order will then be picked and packed at our warehouse and once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking details from our delivery partner DPD.
What delivery options are available when ordering?
Affordable Golf offer a fast home delivery service, with all orders over £30 in value shipping free of charge if ordered on-line (UK mainland only). Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit.
At this time ALL orders to UK mainland are send via DPD Standard Delivery – Next Day Delivery is not currently available at this time

How can I track my order once shipped?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details from our delivery partner DPD. This will show you the status of your shipment, expected delivery date & time, and give you the option to add notes to the delivery.
Additional information for all orders
You must be available to sign for the goods when they are delivered. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave you a note. It is the customer’s responsibility to then contact DPD within 5 working days to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.
If delivery is not re-arranged, the goods will be returned back to our warehouse. In this instance we are unable to send the parcel out for a second delivery attempt without charging. If goods are returned back to us because you no longer want the order, then a refund will be given less any delivery costs that have been incurred by Affordable Golf.
Additional information for all orders outside the UK mainland
If a large number of items are ordered that cannot be shipped in one box, then additional shipping charges may apply. Your order will NOT be confirmed or processed until you have been notified and have confirmed you are satisfied with these additional costs. You may still cancel your order at this stage.
I have yet to receive my order
Standard Delivery usually takes between 4-7 working days, however at this time, orders are subject to short notice delays and can take longer than normal to arrive at their destination. If your order has yet to arrive, can we ask you log in to your Affordable Golf account and check its status using the instructions above.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How do I return my order?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all website orders, including second hand. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply fill out the form included with your order and return the items with the original packaging and materials to:

Items must be in new and unused condition. Second hand items must be in the exact same condition as sent by Affordable Golf.
All goods must be returned within 14 days from signing for the goods in order to receive a refund - Please note we do not accept returns for any custom fit or personalised items unless they are faulty when delivered.
Without agreement from Affordable Golf return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that the returned items are insured when shipped.
Do I have to pay for returns?
The customer is responsible for covering all delivery costs associated with the returning of unwanted goods. We advise sending all goods via a recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
Any goods sent in error by Affordable Golf will be collected by our delivery partner DPD, to be arranged by Affordable Golf.
When will I receive my refund?
Most refunds are fully refunded within 7-10 working days after we have received and processed your return.
